Maroon 5 frontman and "The Voice" mentor Adam Levine appeared on TODAY Friday morning to share what's to come on the second season of the reality TV talent competition and to show off his own vocal skills.
"We're sticking with the program, we really are," he said of what fans can expect from him and fellow panelists Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera when "The Voice" returns. "We love what we're doing on the show. We had a great year last year. We don't want to alter that too much. It's going to be more of the same. Just bigger, better (and) all the talent is insane. Everybody is good. That's what makes the show great. That's what going to be that much more challenging for us as judges."
No doubt Levine and co. are up for the challenge -- not that he's too worried about the talent that inevitably slips away. As he recently told TODAY.com, it's not about who wins; "it's about opportunity."?
After "The Voice" chat, Levine joined Gym Class Heroes on TODAY's mini-football field in Indianapolis and delivered his own win-worthy performance.
"The Voice" premieres Sunday night following Super Bowl XLVI on NBC.
